In each case after inserting the loop within a loop, she pulls on the opposite strand (step

Finally, now pushing the maximum weight and bulk I like to carry on my saddle horse, I’ll
reluctantly tie on saddle bags behind the cantle. I have a wonderful pair made of heavy
leather by a good friend who imprinted our livestock brand on them. They’re extremely well
made and durable. However, even empty, they’re heavy. Nylon bags are less classy, but
they’re much lighter, and some come insulated so your lunch stays cool. And they’re
available in bright colors, a plus during hunting season or when riding in remote country
where some sort of disaster could make your visibility an important rescue advantage. But
don’t buy the biggest saddle bags you can find; they’ll only tempt you to take along more
than you should.
