Our Factories…

We have at the moment 9+ trusted factories who have already been our proven partners. They
are legibly professional with various certification of BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, WALMART, ISO, OEKO-
TEX, GOTS, RCS etc. They are running with a group of skilled man power that you can rely on.
Also followed up by our professionally trained business staffs & skilled team of Q.A’s are always
there on-site to do the In-Line, Mid-Line & FRI inspections. They literally call-out any difficulties if
noticed while on production. And we never hesitate to share if any problem we notice in the
factories while on PP, In-Line & Midline, Final Inspections to our valued buyers. Our Q.Cs fairly
share the problem with the customer & work together to solve it as per the buyer’s advice. We
never forget our role in the business that CUSTOMER is our first & last priority.

Quality Control …

Q.A Inspection during production is an integral part of our business & ensuring that garments
are produced to meet the customer’s requirements & specifications. The inspections are typically
done when around 15-20% of the merchandise has been completed. We seriously follow-up this
stages by our skilled Q.A crews. They are thoroughly with the factory production units & visually
inspect, monitors periodically time to time. This is our indigenous standard that the production
must comply with the Approved FIT/PP Sample & this have been always our core focal point in
the quality inspection. In general our inspectors usually take samples from production lot

randomly and inspected according to AQL 2.5 Standard Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL)
specifications while on performing the In-Line, Mid Line & FRIs (Final inspections) as based on
customer requirements.
