Recommended Use
Mix 1 serving (providing 5000 mg pure, free form I-arginine) with 4-8 oz. water
(depending on individual taste). Stir to dissolve. If water is very cold, mixture will
take about one minute to dissolve. One serving (1 scoop or 1 stick pack) may be
taken up to four times per day depending on need (1-2x’s/day for maintenance
