08-13-93 Pellicano met at Rothman's office. Dr. Chandler
advised Rothman to file documents or he would fire him.

08-17-93 Ex Parte hearing filed by June Schwartz (June
Chandler) to have her 13 year old son returned to her custody
and the stipulation overturned.

08-17-93 Dr. Chandler took his son to see the psychiatrist
who reported the allegations against Michael Jackson.

08-19-93 Mr. Freeman meets with Mr. Rothman.

08-23-93 Allegations of child sexual abuse against Michael

Jackson hit the news media.

08-24-93 Dr. Chandler, Mr. Freeman, June Schwartz and
David Schwartz met with Mr. Rothman for three hours in his
office. I heard Dr. Chandler say, "I almost had a twenty mil-

lion dollar deal."

08-26-93 Dr. Chandler and his 13-year old son were in Mr.
Rothman's office all day. I heard Dr. Chandler say, "It's my
