Third Party Disclosure
A key element in this entire case for Dr. Chandler and Mr.
Rothman, was how to report the child molestation allegations
that he had admittedly planned to make public if Michael Jack-
son did not pay the twenty million dollar demand. In order
for the accusation to be believable, it had to come from a repu-
table source. It was well know that Mr. Rothman's reputation
was questionable, and from my observation of Dr. Chandler,
he, too, did not have the courage to be the one responsible for
accusing Michael Jackson of child molestation to a worldwide
audience. Immediately his motive would have been under
question and he had already done far too much in terms of
negotiating for money to keep quiet concerning his allegation.
If, however, you were truly a victim, you would not have to
scheme or plot as how to report child abuse. Anyone with the
knowledge or suspicion of child abuse has a right to call and
report it to the Department of Children's Services.
According to my diary entry, and my memory, on July 27,
1993, I typed a letter to Dr. Chandler from Mr. Rothman ad-
vising him how to report child abuse through a third party
without liability to the parent. I was extremely suspicious of
this correspondence from Mr. Rothman, so much so that I noted
its contents in my calendar book diary. The letter from Mr.
Rothman was brief and advised Dr. Chandler to see the en-
closed. The enclosure was documentation explaining how to
report child abuse without liability to the parent. It had a lot
of corresponding Penal Codes, Civil Procedures and Civil
