 As a National Parks of Boston employee, you have the right to: These are unprecedented times. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted each of us and all layers of
                       society. Everyone’s quick response in support of the park’s commitment to adhere to public health of-

                       to our new work/home environments, to daily life activities, and to the ways we work with each other.
 n  Have your concerns heard and responded to;

 n An adequate supply of personal protective equipment and sanitizing supplies; prioritize employee and public health and safety. As we plan for the future of our work, in whatever
                       form that becomes, we should be mindful of our primary goals: (1) to slow the spread of the virus,
 n Information about status changes in the workplace; and
                       (2) to ensure the safety and health of our employees, their families, and the people we serve; and

 COVID-19. ations, we plan to follow local guidelines and orders set by the City and Commonwealth. We will over-
                       lay that guidance with that of the National Park Service and our own perspectives at the park level.
                       We will establish teams to identify and work through the challenges that our new work environments
                       present. You are key to the success of this effort as we face these new challenges. The more we work
                       together to resolve these big issues, the more likely we are to achieve the ultimate goal of creating
                       safe workspaces, enabling meaningful and effective work, and serving all people.
