to offer a plan of action and to work again with JLL. The site tour and work session with
the Bell team were critical to Corgan and KDC, helping shape the scope of service we offer.

Our company is committing prime resources to assist Bell and to guide the planning work
of Corgan. KDC’s goal is to create a strategy for campus growth that is effective yet
practical. We will deliver a plan that is phased to respect precedent and connect
dependencies over time. The planning strategy will be framed with a development budget
so that Bell can plan for both the physical changes and the financial expectations.
