Lesson (4) (What happen to the food you eat?) • Digestion: is changing the food we eat into simpler parts to get
energy.
• When the food is broken down, the body absorbs it to get
energy.
• The path of food in your body:-
Language 1. You put food in your mouth.
2. Muscles push the food down to the stomach.
3. Inside your Stomach, muscles churn acid to break down the
food.
4. The digested food moves to the intestines.
5. The nutrients are carried away in the blood, to give all parts
of the human body energy that we need.
