When a draft regulation is implemented perfectly, the implementation of state
administration is always neat. If all parties involved can hold the mandate honestly, acts of
Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism will not occur, and the budget will be realized on target.
No more people will scream injustice when the parties properly implement and
understand a series of laws. Obeying the rules will bring peace, not only within the country
but throughout the world.
Principles Used in Constitutional Law
As a foundation that regulates the lives of many people and affairs, constitutional law is
based on several things, including:
1 . Principles of Pancasila
Pancasila is the highest source of law in this matter. The formation of the Constitution
itself must align with the five points of Pancasila. Based on the five precepts, the values
contained in an outline include:
• The principle of Belief in the One and Only God.
• Humanitarian Principles.
• National Principles.
• The principle of people's sovereignty.
• The Principle of Justice.
All five must be included in the design of constitutional law in Indonesia.
2 . The principle of people's sovereignty
The country's supreme power is in the people's hands, but in its implementation, it is
represented by the People's Consultative Assembly. It distributes tasks again to the bodies
under it, where all must comply with this legal provision.
