P. 24

A country anywhere must stand based on the law to create justice for all people.
People's representatives should be afraid and carry out their mandate properly for the welfare
of all layers and segments of the country's people.

4 . Principle of power sharing

The separation of powers is meant to focus the work of the people’s representatives so
that goals can be achieved more quickly. For example, Indonesia has three main powers: the
legislative, executive, and judiciary. Everyone has their duties and responsibilities.

                 .
5 The principle of the unitary state
Finally, this principle is used to unite many people in one goal with the guidelines of
the 1945 Constitution. This last law-forming principle is important in creating the unity and
               integrity of all Indonesian people.

These five principles form the basis for forming constitutional law and are why
policies in each country differ. Indonesia had Pancasila as an ideology, and then the
elaboration of regulations was dropped in the 1945 Constitution.
