Dr. Christoper Boyes is a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon
on staff at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Dr. Boyes
focuses on open and endovascular surgery and specializes in
vascular surgery, including complex aortic aneurysms, cere-
bral vascular disease, complex venous disease, dialysis access,
critical limb ischemia, and amputation prevention. Dr. Boyes

raised in Palm Beach Gardens. He went on to graduate from
the University of Florida where he earned a degree in account-
ing and was pre-med. Dr. Boyes then went to St. George’s University in West Indies,
Granada. He completed his residency in general surgery from SUNY Upstate Medical
Center in Syracuse, NY before completing a two-year fellowship in vascular surgery from
Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.
Jose A. De Olazabal, MD
Dr. Jose A. De Olazabal is a board certified physician special-
izing in pulmonary medicine. Dr. De Olazabal currently serves
as the Vice Chief of Staff for Palm Beach Gardens Medical
Center and is chairman of the Credentials Committee. Prior to
his time at Palm Beach Gardens, Dr. De Olazabal completed
his Fellowship at the University of South Florida College of
Medicine in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care, and Sleep
Medicine. His residency and internship was completed at the
University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, Christ
Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. De Olazabal earned his undergraduate degree from the
University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan with a bachelor of science in Biology, and
obtained a Masters Degree from Boston University. He then earned his medical degree
from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
