          At the recent Customer Service Revolution Conference in
        Cleveland, Ohio, Jay Juffre of ImageFIRST was named
        Executive of the Year. The conference is the largest and most
        respected of its kind in North America and each year recog-
        nizes one executive for excellence in overall customer serv-

          ImageFIRST, is the nationwide and leading supplier of
        textile rental programs to the healthcare provider market. The company is based in
        King of Prussia, PA, but Juffre lives and works in Southeast Florida. Their unique
        blend of combining customer service with customer experience continues to lead to
        record growth, amazing client retention rates, and a Net Promotor Score above 80%
        which places them among the world’s greatest service organizations.
