Plants

Plants are living things.

They come in many different shapes and sizes.

Plants grow in soil or in water.

Roots: They roots take in water from the

soil and hold the plant firmly in the ground.

Stem : It supports the plant above

the ground and carries the water

absorbed by the roots to different

parts of the plant.

Leaves : They make food for the

plant and help the plant to breathe.
