There are two types of family :

(i) Nuclear family

(ii) Joint family

(i) Nuclear family : It is a small family. Husband and wife has to

bear all the responsibility. Only parents and their children live

together in small family.

(ii) Joint family : Joint family is a big family. In this family,

grandparents, parents, uncle, aunt and their children live

together. Only one member, it means family leader takes major

decisions for the family matters.
