Always follow good food habits. Here are some :

0 Eat slowly and chew the food well.
0 Drink plenty of water.
0 Do not overeat.
0 Do not waste food.
0 Never eat in a hurry.
0 Some food items are not good for health. They
are called junk food . Do not eat junk food.
! We get food from animals and plants.
! Milk is a complete food. It makes our bones and teeth strong.
! We should drink at least 8–10 glasses of water everyday.
! We take lunch in the afternoon and dinner at night.
! We should eat a lot of salad and green vegetables.
