THE HARE AND THE TORTOISE

A hare was very proud of his speed. He always made fun of

the tortoise. One day the hare decided to have a race with the

tortoise. When the hare left the tortoise far behind, he stopped

under a tree to rest. But, he went to sleep. The tortoise, in the

meantime, walked along without stopping for a minute till he

reached the winning point. The tortoise had won the race.

Moral of the Story

Slow and steady wins the race.
