Marie McMahon President
A true White Plains
native, Marie F.
McMahon was born in
White Plains Hospital
to Frank and Marie
McMahon. She was
educated in White
Plains and attended
St. Bernard’s Grammar School and St. John the Evangelist High School. She then attended Mount Aloysius Junior College in Pennsylvania. After college Marie decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and join the family business. She graduated from the Simmons School of Mortuary Science in 1974.
Marie is an active and generous member of our community. Her involvements include the White Plains Women’s Club, the White Plains Beautification Foundation, White Plains Hospital, Hospice of Westchester and Peace Outside the Campus.

Tim is a lifelong White
Plains resident and
has worked for the
McMahon family since
1983. A graduate of
Archbishop Stepinac
High School, he also
attended Dominican
College in Blauvelt
and graduated the
American Academy McAllister Institute in 1990.
Tim served his residency at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett and has been a licensed funeral director since 1991. He is the Licensed Manager of our firm, overseeing all aspects of the business.
Tim is married to his wife Kathy, also a licensed funeral director at our funeral home and has a son Liam and a daughter Lauren. He is an active member of the Archbishop Stepinac High School Alumni Association, a member of the Westchester County Funeral Director’s Association, the National Funeral Director’s Association and a member of the Green Leaf Golf Club.

Kathy is the 3rd
generation McMahon
family member to
become a licensed
funeral director. She is
a lifelong White Plains
resident. A graduate
of Good Counsel
Academy, Quinnipiac
University, and the
American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service. Kathy joined our funeral home and served her residency here in 2002. She became a licensed funeral director in 2003. Since then, Kathy has been an integral part of our funeral home, serving families of our community and following in her grandfather, Frank McMahon’s, footsteps.
Kathy is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, (DAR) where she was past chaplain. She is a member of the NYS Funeral Director’s Association and the National Funeral Director’s Association. Kathy is married to her husband, Tim, also a licensed funeral director at our funeral home and has a daughter, Lauren and stepson Liam.
She is very dedicated and works hard to provide the best service for the families she serves.
