Scarlett Ortiz was
born and raised in
Manhattan where she
attended school and
went on to graduate
from the American
Academy McAllister
Institute in New York
City. She served her
apprenticeship and
worked as a licensed
funeral director in the Bronx for 6 years. We are pleased that she has joined our funeral firm. She brings with her years of expertise and a commitment to serve our families in the best way possible. Scarlett is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish, which is a great comfort to our growing Latino community.
In her free time, Scarlett enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends and caring for her pets.
Joe Manno

Joseph C. Manno was
born and raised in
Breezy Point NY. He
received a Bachelors
in English from
Iona College and
his Masters in Early
Childhood Education
from Mercy College.
Joe graduated from
McAllister Institute of
Funeral Service in New York City in 1997. He served his residency at our funeral home and worked for many years before leaving to be closer to his family. After several years of working in Brooklyn and Long Island, Joseph decided he wanted to work once again in Westchester and we are happy to have him back where his career started.
Joseph resides in Hauppauge, NY with his wife Kim and his children, John and Juliana. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family in Long Island and Breezy Point.
George Brazier

George Brazier served
his residency here and
is a licensed funeral
director who has been
with McMahon, Lyon &
Hartnett Funeral Home
since December 2017.
He was a teacher for the
Pasco County School
Board in New Port
Richey, Florida for 17
years before deciding to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a funeral director. He received his degree in funeral sciences from St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2014, and worked at Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home and Crematorium in Holiday, Florida until moving north to Greenwich, Connecticut in April 2016.
George and his wife, Stacey, have four children, Abigail, Eddie, Emmy, and Maxwell. The entire family enjoys live theater, and have performed in numerous shows at the Richey Suncoast Theatre in New Port Richey, Florida and the Show Palace Dinner Theater in Hudson, Florida.
