Gratitude is the most silent 'thank you.' Focus on the small
                                 things that make the big picture. When you're comparing your
                                 life to the less fortunate, you will see how so many you have
                                 in life is a reason to be thankful for the life we live. If you're
                                 wondering what such examples can be, you can think about
                                 the place you have to sleep, which doesn't make you wake up
                                 under the clear sky every day. You can feel all sorts of tastes
                                 and sensations. More essential than anything, you can
                                 breathe. You inhale and exhale, and maybe you take these for
                                 granted, while others reached a point where they struggle to
                                 do it.

                                 Think about how your not-so-craved food is some other
                                 person's most important meal in a week. Whether you have to
                                 walk or commute to arrive at work and you mumble about it
                                 as unbearable, remember that some people dream of two legs
                                 instead of four indispensable wheels. Perhaps you go to work
                                 feeling a degree of unease because of some colleagues with
                                 envy in their eyes and complaints on their lips. Try to lose the
                                 feeling and analyze the situation. It's tough, but it's also part
                                 of your growth.
