Almost 90% of your emotions are shaped by the way you
treat yourself. If it's good, you will feel good about
yourself and others around you. However, if it's
negativity for yourself, you will find negativity in the
people and things around you.
For learning how to be a positive thinker, you need to
learn to talk to yourself positively. Think about the
aspects of your personality that you take negatively.
Figure out whether it's a habit, an appearance factor,
your passion, your work, or anything else. Once you
evaluate what makes you think negatively about
yourself, it's time you start appreciating it in front of
yourself.
Now, if you're wondering how you can do so, then
practicing positive affirmations is the best and more
efficient way. Try looking in the mirror and saying
affirmations like:
· 'I am beautiful.'
· 'I have the potential to do this.'
· 'I am doing what I love.'
· 'I love myself and what I do.'
· 'I am responsible.'
· 'I can make it till the end, just a little more effort.'
By saying these affirmations aloud in front of the mirror,
you can remind yourself how you are and let go of the
negativities. Try practicing these affirmations every
morning (and in difficult situations). In this way, you can
learn how to have a positive attitude.
