‘NO’ is Your Strength
Do you often burden yourself with tasks and responsibilities that keep draining you physically
and mentally?
Often, we put our mental health at risk when we push ourselves to do what others want. But
why is that so important? It’s time you learn how to self-love by saying NO and retaining your
strength. Telling others that you can’t be there or you can’t help them or take their
responsibility isn’t a bad thing. We often burden ourselves so much that we even fail in doing
what others want us to do.
So the better way is to stay on an easy track and do what keeps you satisfied and lively. In this
way, you will indeed feel how saying NO makes you feel more proud of yourself.
When there is a need to delegate your tasks on hand to offload yourself. Just do it. There is
nothing wrong to reduce your own burden sometimes by asking for help. Even if you are a
professional or have experience in multi-tasking and still outperforming in your tasks, a tired
mind can make you stressed. And with stress, it isn't easy to focus and outperform in a task.
So instead of doing average just because you're not mentally energized to handle something,
it's better to assign your tasks to others that can put in more effort and focus.
“Above all, be true to yourself, and if you cannot put your heart in it,
take yourself out of it.”
