          With the  establishment of ViT rox School of Hard Knocks, UUM & ViT rox initiated the ViT rox
          Padawan  Programme  in  December  2020.  This  endeavour  has  built  an  enduring  outreach
          and platform for passionate & energetic young Padawans from various schools (e.g., School of
          Business,  School  of  Computing  &  etc.)  to  develop  their  competencies  and  ability  with
          ViTrox.  This academia-industry linkage enables the students to be more industry-ready as the
          programmes offered are largely practical in nature and it maximises their learning exposure to
          the industry.
          Our experienced subject matter experts and trainers developed the Padawans through a series
          of  programmes  designed  in  a  way  that  prepares,  trains  and  hones  the  students  on  their
          interpersonal  prowess,  capabilities  and  builds  stronger  work  competencies.  With  the
          incorporation of active learning, uses of models of effective practices and coaching with expert
          support,  these  soft  skills  programmes  improve  their  competencies,  performance  and
          productivity  across  the  board. The Padawans developed essential soft skills that are useful in
          the  workplace  such  as  presentation skills, email writing, time management & etc. In the new
          era,  Industry  Revolution  4.0  is  changing  our  way  of  living,  working  &  communicating.  ViTrox
          Padawan Programme provides an exposure of Industry 4.0 to the Padawan in Machine Vision
          & Artificial Intelligence to prepare them for the trend  of  automation. Other  than  that,  the
          Padawans  gained  valuable  insights  in  Lean Manufacturing & Project Management from an
          industry context.


          With  the  guidance  of  Marketing &  Communication Jedi  Masters,  the  Padawans  are  given  an
          opportunity  to  drive ViTrox’s  social  media  brand  awareness  by  implementing &  executing the
          social media marketing project in a group.

          Through this partnership, we encourage our Padawans to strive for their very best to
          maximise the learning outputs, for each of them is a gem and pillar of the country.
