OBJECTIVES
To plan, manage coordinate and monitor e-learning practices
in UMS.
To establish e-Learning policies and guidelines for academic
staff and students.
To plan, implement, and monitor learning and teaching
activities in compliance to national and international e-learning
standards.
To improve ICT competency in learning and teaching among
UMS staff and students.
To plan, manage, coordinate and monitor e-Learning research
and development in UMS.
To develop OER and MOOC in optimizing the cost effectiveness,
branding and visibility of UMS expertise, and acculturation of
lifelong learning.
To leverage learning analytics for the improvement of quality
and governance of learning and teaching in UMS.
