On Mac 2020, JTMK HAS HELD
Individual Development Plan (IDP)
course Instructional design. This
system will be used for the
management of training for staff of
University Malaysia Sabah (UMS).
The IDP system was first
implemented in 2014, by the Human
Resources Division and has been
upgraded its training management
system on February 2015. The IDP is
more competency-based system and
focuses on individual needs
according to their actual job
description.
