The C-DELTA program provides a framework for fostering digital learning
and developing skilled citizens for lifelong learning. It will foster leaders
who can demonstrate how to use information and communication
technologies (ICT) effectively and who will influence others around
them to use digital technology appropriately and effectively for
learning (and earning) and for supporting sustainable development. A
detailed conceptual framework of C-DELTA is available at COL’s.

There are some benefits when joining this C-Delta program which is can
enhance employability, fostering digital leadership, improve digital
knowledge and skills, added value on resume especially for fresh
graduate and achieve the international certification.
