Planning
To enhance the mitigation strategies that can
help us to ensure business continuity and
protect people concurrently, we worked to Be
Agile and Adapt. Our strategies and
professionalism to deliver on time, with great
perfection, to face the adverse and to be
productive we applied the formula of Min
workforce and Max output. Covid precautions
were ensured with our posting of two Safty
offices, guiding and establishing the procedure
on-site to halt the spread. Everyone on the site
was mandated to go under continuous
temperature checks and to have medical
certifications following up with surprise checks
and continuous sanitization, displaying ANJ's
great responsive attitude. Maintaining, the
physical distance between workers held with
encircling passages and demarcating areas, at
every space also including the washroom areas.
Instructions about precautions and self-hygiene
given to the workers with two scheduled
meetings every day along with the safety
posted installed around the site.
Pandemic has had significant psychological effects on the
population, we being an employee-centric organisation
ensured metal health for our workers with personal
discussion sessions to guard against any stress disorder,
anxiety, depression, and other symptoms of distress. Also,
settling safe accommodation units and transportation with the
implementation of social distancing and sanitization norms.
ANJ craftsmanship is creating a world-class reputation and
Make in India. We with a motivation to support small
businesses in the tough situation and towards reimagining the
future, engaged with local merchants and locally produced
products.
Marble inlay works – ANJ engaged with the specialist manpower for stone inlay works from Agra. Their ancestors
were involved in Tajmahal construction with generations living around Tajmahal area. The artists helped to get
authentic fine quality inlay with traditional hand tools in base white stone developed at our in-house factory.
Hand painting – We engaged with local artist and students for miraculous hand painting, encrypted around the
dome area.
Banarsi Silk fabric – We connected to the community from Mau in Banaras (UP) for handcraft of the most famous
local silk Sarees and used around the wall installations.
Jewel of palace artworks- We hired skilled manpower from Jaipur for the artwork. Close to 12 workers were
engaged for design and fabrication works.
Operable wooden box artwork – We engaged skilled carpenters from Saharanpur (UP) carpenters for making the
wooden artworks with engraved design.
