Then, Prophet Muhammad SAW realized that the sound came from the
date tree stem that was lying down next to the podium. Suddenly, the stem

broke into two.
When he saw that, the Prophet smile. He stepped down from his podium
and walked toward the crying date tree stem. He stroked and hug the stem

until it stops crying.

The Prophet asked, “Dear date tree stem, I’ll give you a choice. You can

choose to be grown here in the world or do you choose to be grown in the
heaven so that all Allah’s beloves could eat your fruits?”

“Dear Rasulullah” replyed the stem, “I choose to be grown in heaven.”

The prophet asked his companions to put the date tree stem closed to his
new podium. Then, the prophet gave preach that the people had been

waiting for.

Moral of the story:

The date tree stem cried because he was sad as Prophet
Muhammad SAW no longer used him. When he heard the cry Prophet
Muhammad SAW didn’t hesitate to stoke and hug the stem dearly. He

showed that he cared everything that existed around him. Even a date tree
stem was treated gently.
The caring attitude of Prophet Muhammad SAW is a good example

to be done in daily life. There are so many things around us take a closer
look and care for what happen in our surrounding.
