Acknowledgements

The Sacred Nude series was an incredible journey. From their concep-
tion to their completion, the drawings have woven a tale of desire. The
desire for wholeness, for peace and for love of one’s self. I embarked on
a journey to heal my body and my mind through meditation and to find
the centeredness I had so long sought. Sacred Nude was a pivotal part of
this journey.

I would like to thank my friends and family for their love, help, guidance
and encouragement, and for having faith in me, despite on occasion
faltering, but who have never stopped believing in my work and me.

immensely inspiring writing. Without her input and drive, the catalogue
would simply not have been produced. No one gives me goose bumps
quite like Francesca does: a Goddess woman.
