9 Bring the gray strand up and over itself, under the gray core strand, and over the blue core strand.
10 Bring the blue strand over the left strand and the blue core strand, then underneath the right core
strand and out the loop.
11 Bring the blue strand underneath itself, the blue core strand, the gray core strand, and the right gray
strand, then bring it out the loop of the left strand.
12 Tighten the strands to complete the second row.
