7 lip the bottle around to the opposite side. Bring the strand on the left side around and form a loop,
then insert the loop underneath the core strands.
8 Bring the strand on the right side through the loop of the left strand, over the core strands, and then
underneath the left strand.
9 Continuing with the same strand, bring it over the core strands and through the loop of the left strand.
10 ull the left and right cords outward to tighten the knot.
