King Solomon Bar
In simple terms, the King Solomon Bar is basically just a doubled Solomon Bar
(page 14).
1 tart by fi nding the middle of the cord, then form two loops at the intended length of the bar. These
will be the core strands.
2 Bring the right cord over the core strands and underneath the left strand.
