4 rap the left gray strand around the right gray strand, and then bring it underneath the right strand
and then under and over the core strands and then out and over itself.
5 Tighten the gray strands, pushing the knot up to help hold it in place.
6 Bring the right gray strand over and under the orange core strands and then over the left gray strand.
7 rap the right gray strand around the left gray strand and then bring it underneath the left strand and
then under and over the core strands and then out and over itself.
