Perusahaan telah beberapa kali mengalami perubahan sejak Akta Pendirian Perusahaan
(selanjutnya disebut Anggaran Dasar), dengan perubahan terakhir kali dimuat dengan Akta
Pernyataan Keputusan Pemegang Saham Perusahaan No. 12, tanggal 6 September 2022 dibuat di
hadapan Dr. Sugih, S.H., M.Kn, Notaris di Jakarta, berkedudukan di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan,
yang telah memperoleh persetujuan dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik
Indonesia berdasarkan Keputusan No. AHU-0064043.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2022, tanggal 07 September 2022
dan telah didaftarkan dalam Daftar Perusahaan sesuai dengan ketentuan UUPT dengan No. AHU-
0176844.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2022 tanggal 07 September 2022, serta telah diberitahukan ke Kementerian
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dan dicatat di dalam database Sistem Administrasi
Badan Hukum Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Surat
Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar No. AHU-AH.01.03-0288439 tanggal 07
September 2022, yang diumumkan dalam Berita Negara No.072 tanggal 09 September 2022 dan
Tambahan Berita Negara RI No.030424 (“Akta No.12 tanggal 06 September 2022”).

The Company has been through several changes several times since the Deed of Establishment of the
Company (hereinafter referred to as the Articles of Association), with the last amendment contained
in the Deed of Resolution of the Company’s Shareholders No. 12, dated September 6, 2022 made in
the presence of Dr. Sugih, S.H., M.Kn, Notary in Jakarta, domiciled in the Administrative City of South
Jakarta, which has obtained approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of
Indonesia based on Decree No. AHU-0064043.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2022, dated September 7, 2022 and has
been registered in the Company Register in accordance with UUPT provisions No. AHU-0176844.AH.01.11.
TAHUN 2022 dated September 7, 2022, and has been notified to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
of the Republic of Indonesia and recorded in the Legal Entity Administration System database of the
Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on the Letter of Acceptance of
Notification of Amendments to the Articles of Association No. AHU-AH.01.03-0288439 dated September
7, 2022, which was published in State Gazette No.072 dated September 9, 2022 and Supplement to
State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No.030424 (“Deed No.12 dated September 6, 2022”).
