I have requested rooms for all 4 reservations near each other.

When a room has been assigned, you will be notified from the app. It is never guaranteed but they
do try to honor the requests whenever possible.

No need to go to lobby – just go straight to your room and use your Magic Band to open the door. If
driving, park near your building. Y ou can usually find luggage carts near elevators.

All of your reservations are linked with a Travel With number which is TW17253276. Give to the
front desk if they need to look all the reservations – it will help them.

Y ou guys booked Standard rooms with 5 sleeper.
Y ou can always view your room number on the Disney app by tapping the hamburger menu – the 3
lines at the bottom; and select hotel reservation.

and looking at Hotel Reservations.
