                   •   After this date you can book and modify LLMP or LLSP at any time

               REMEMBER:  LLMP and LLSP are not refundable

               BEFORE YOU START THE PURCHASE

                   •   Be sure you have the latest version of My Disney Experience app on your phone
                   •   Be sure the credit card you want to use to make the purchase is in your app as
                       Payment Method
                   •   Have your Plan ready based on Tiers and how you want to navigate the park –
                       you can use my suggestions and/or yours
                   •   By all means, make your plan based on what you’d like to do and when
                   •   Review cheat sheets and itineraries to make your own plan and/or compare to
                       my suggestions (in this binder)


                    Be ready to make selections when you begin your purchase.
                    You only have 5 minutes before you are timed out on the app.




               What if I book a ride and it’s down during my time?

               You can request compensation if a ride is down during your booked time – ask a cast
               member at the ride or go to Customer Relations in the park – sometimes it’s a generic
               LLMP for any ride in the park.
