EPCOT’S FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL
Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival is happening while you are at Disney World. This is an event which
draws many thousands of adults over the course of 2-3 months. You will see lots of “outdoor”
kitchens from around the world offering small plates and beverages that represent different countries.
There is a cost for each and lines can be long or not.
Because this trip is mostly kid focused for your family, here are a couple of really fun activities for
them to experience while exploring the World Showcase. Especially fun for 5 and older. The boards
cost about $10.00.
Both activities are scavenger hunts throughout the World Showcase and you do not have to complete
the boards to get the prize.
In addition, there is a KidsCot station in each country that is fun to check out if you’re interested. You
will be on a bit of a time crunch so maybe just one or two.
Stop at the main gift shop as you enter EPCOT World Showcase to purchase your scavenger hunt
boards with stickers. Cast members often give the parents the prize right then to hold until you’re
ready to give it to the kids. It’s a fun family activity!
Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak

The map comes with a page of stickers that you’ll use to
mark your progress as you complete the scavenger hunt.
Each sticker coincides with a Remy statue hiding in World
Showcase. Once you find a statue, just place the sticker that
matches that statue on the map in the corresponding
location.’
The prize is a cute bowl – lots of designs.
