ISO spiral dowel

• For plastered or unplastered polystyrene and polyurethane hard
foam panels
• Unique drill bits, no pre-drilling, not even through thick and reinfor-
ced layers of plaster
• Direct, form-locking attachment to insulation material 8137 22
• No thermal bridges
• High extraction force
• For lightweight attachments, e.g. lamps, motion sensors, letterboxes,
signs, house numbers, capping strips, end strips, overhang rails,
downspouts, etc. in the insulation material
• Includes screw-in tools, in accordance with Art. 8137P
Assembly tip: 8137 50
• Holes of the size of the max. anchor Ø must be drilled in metal-faced
sandwich panels before assembly
• After assembly is complete, seal the dowel flange with
silicone/acrylic compound to prevent the ingress of water into the in-
sulating material

ISO spiral dowel with threaded pin

• Special threaded pin made of A2 stainless steel or with zinc flake
coating for good corrosion protection
• Perfect solution for fixing downpipe clamps to the ETIC system:
simple, flexible, fast and adjustable!
• Direct thermal-bridge-free attachment to the insulating material
• Pre-assembled special threaded pin: ideal distance of 30 mm bet-
ween the downpipe and the wall; adjustment by up to a further 25
mm possible by hand
• Pre-assembled sealing ring made of weather-resistant cellular rub-
ber
• Robust, self-drilling (ETICS plaster ≤ 7 mm) nylon dowel, weather re-
sistant
Suitable building materials:
• Heat insulation composite systems (ETICS), polystyrene panels
(EPS, XPS), wood fibre insulation boards (pre-drilling: 13 mm), hard
foam boards, polystyrene boards and Heraklith boards
