Wood Cold Glue D3/D4

• Tested by the Institute for Window Technology in Rosenheim
- Tested high quality, secure glueing
• Waterproof one component glue D3 according to DIN/EN 204
- Universally applicable
• Can be increased to D4 glueing quality by adding 5% hardener for 24
hours
- Once the drip time is over the quality regulates back to D3
• PVAC-glue (polyvenylacetate)
- Free from formaldehyde, PCP, lindane and solvents
- No unpleasant smell - Easy disposal, no toxic waste
• Short setting times for cold and warm glueing
Applications:
• Window, stairs and assembly glueing, surface glueing of HPL-boards,
glueing of hard and exotic woods
Processing instructions:
• We recommend glueing machine to apply glue, especially for surface
glueing, brushes are suitable from AGR 5414
• We recommend our plastic toothed scrapers from AGR 5422 for
stripping of surfaces
Storage:
• Wood cold glue D3/D4 can be stored up to one year at +20°C in
original unopened packaging
• Wood cold glue D3/D4 is frost-resistant up to -30°C
• Slowly defrost at room temperature and stir well prior to use

open period at +20°C: 6 - 10mins
Press time: Joint glueing at +20°C: from 15 mins
Press time: Joint glueing at +50°C pre-warmed: from 5 mins
Press time: Joint glueing at +80°C: from 2 mins
Press time: Surface glueing (HPL-boards)
at +20°C: 15 - 20 mins
Press time: Surface glueing (HPL-boards)
at +50°C: approx. 5 mins
Press time: Surface glueing (HPL-boards)
at +80°C: 1 - 2 mins
