         Crash-Check

Electronical rapid-tester for the examination of the vehicle paint
and the thickness of a body coating on steel.
         • Crash-Check is a tester with an electronical magnet-sensor which finds
out damaged spots without any problem, e. g. repaintings, accidental
repairs with filler or rusted spots and steel car bodies.
         • Especially suitable when purchasing vehicles to find possible
           damages.
         Application:
         • Simply put the Crash-Check on the car body and press the button.
         • The sensor-electronic is able to show any spot which is not visible to
           the naked eye:
         • Green: paint is not thicker than the original condition. Thickness up to
           180 µm.
         • Yellow: paint thickness in threshold value. Thickness up to 450 µm.
         • Red: Attention! Too thick coating – spatula, accident, rust. Thickness
           up to 450 µm.

         Coat Thickness Gauge

The coat thickness gauge is especially suitable for automotive
         and painting applications.
         • High accuracy over the total measuring range
         • Only one function key
         • Approved reverberation sensor-technics and eddy-current technics
         • Single-handed manipulation for all measurement problems
         • Integrated measuring probe without cable or connector
         • Automatical switch on/off
         • Selectable metrical or inch display
         • Acoustic signal during the measurement
         • The coat thickness gauge was especially adapted for automotive
and painting applications. The gauge not only allows mesurement on
steel and iron but also on non-ferrous-metals. It can changed bet-
ween both measuring methods by pressing the button.
