Sealing Paper

• Asbestos-free sealing material based on aramid fibre, combined with
an optimised filler and bound using a temperature-resistant synthetic
binder
• Allows independent sealing
• For sealing points not subject to high pressure or temperature, e.g.
water, steam, air, oil, solvent, water-based solvent, weak acids/ alkali
• On control enclosures, drives, valve covers, oil pans, hydraulic and
pneumatic systems, chemical apparatus, pumps and compressors
• The pressure, temperature and material bearing capacity of a flange
seal is determined by construstion factors, such as the thickness and
web thickness of the seal, surface roughness and ripple of the
flange, flange thickness etc.
