Our systems for recording contours
For simple and rapid designing of custom hard foam inserts

We offer various options for recording the contours of tools, components and other objects directly at your location in order to produce custom hard
foam inserts.
HK light panel system no. 50537 985 and HK light box no. 50537 980:
Place the tools and components on the white surface within the reference frame (556 x 556 mm) and photograph these with a digital camera. Transfer the photos
produced to your computer and then load these into our designer software for hard foam inserts. The contours of the photographed tools, components or objects
can be individually edited in the software and given designated recessed handles.

Use the digital camera to take pictures of your tools on
the light panel, then load the pictures into the HK designer
software to process and design the hard foam insert

HK contour scanner system no. 50537 988:
Tools and components placed on the scanning surface (750 x 400 mm) are scanned in a quick and simple process. The scanner can be simply connected to a PC/laptop
via a USB cable. No further software needs installing. Thanks to the plug & play function, the images and contours are transferred directly to our designer software, where
they are available for you to process. The scanner also records small and slender components with great precision; and with tall components, no shadows are captured and
no perspective distortions result. With its compact flight case with trolley function, the scanner is mobile and can be moved around easily.
