MKF turning beams

Application: lifting, turning and handling. For
loads up to 100 tonnes.
Design:
Handling heavy and/or bulky workpieces is often diffi-
cult. MKF turning beams are the answer. These beams
are suspended from crane hooks and enable heavy
and unmanageable workpieces to be rotated, tilted,
turned and handled at any level as required. MKF
turning beams significantly simplify working and
improve occupational safety.
MKF turning beams are matched to the application
and are designed according to customer speci-
fications. Based on a basic model, the range of
applications is expanded by additional equipment.
Load-bearing capacity and technical design depends
on the particular task at hand.
The device consists essentially of a support structure
(beam) that can be suspended from any crane with
a suitable payload capacity. This beam carries 2
supports that can be moved horizontally in both di-
rections depending on the type of control. Turning de-
vices are attached to the lower part of the supports.
These devices hold and drive the load support straps.
