TUREX sanding disc storage in storage frame
Tilting swivel arms, with swing-out prevention and mounting spigots
Do you have problems storing your sanding discs? We have the solution!
There are 5 different designs and sizes that cover the sanding disc range from ∅ 300 mm to ∅ 1100 mm as well as sanding disc weights up to
350 kg.
Damage during storage and transport are therefore problems of the past.
The sanding discs are mounted on support arms that can be swivelled out from the frame by approx. 135° and tilted by 90°. Very easy to move
thanks to needle bearing. Each arm supports a standard aluminium mounting spigot. Mounting spigots adapted to the corresponding flange bores
are deliverable at a surcharge. Sanding discs are tipped down and back with little effort as the discs are mounted exactly on their centres of gravity.
Sanding discs can be effortlessly turned around their own axes to bolt the mounts onto the hoist. A lever on each arm secures the sanding disc when
tilted down or swivelled back. The number of support arms depends on the thickness of the sanding disc. The basic model of the sanding disc maga-
zine features 6 arms with mounting spigots. Other versions available on request. Floor anchoring required.
Sanding disc dimensions must be stated as shown in the drawing below to determine the appropriate sanding disc magazine for your
purposes.
