Cylinder Head-Leakage Tester

• For testing of the air jack between cooling water and cooling cap
Mode of action:
• A combustion gas which raises the constituent of carbon dioxid
(CO2) in the air jack shows a changing of the colour in the leakage
tester liquid.
• A routine testing can be made in a cold engine as well as in a warm
engine
• Throughout the bicameral version negative reports will be prevented
which can appear due to alkaline residues at other devices or throug-
hout unintended absorbtion of cooling water

Cooler-Vacuum-Filling Device

• The cooling system can be filled up within 30 seconds without bubb-
ling, no ventilaton of the cooling system necessary
• Due to a leak test the filling of leaky cooling systems is prevented
(after renewing of cooling systems, thermostates, hoses etc.)
• Working pressure 6 - 10 bar

• Usable for the ventilation of auxiliary heatings
