Heating Rubber HK Plus
• Highly flexible, closed cell insulating material with low thermal
conductivity (0.036 W / m × K) for applications in the sanitary and
heating sectors
• Meets the requirements of DIN 1988 Parts 2 and 7

Fields of application:
• For insulating heating and hot water pipes in accordance with EnEV
2009
• For insulating cold water pipes in accordance with DIN 1988

≤ 10 mm: 0.036 W / (m × K)
> 10 mm 0.040 W / (m × K)
• Usable temperature range: -8 °C to +105 °C
• Building material class: B1 – flame retardant according to DIN 4102
• Practical fire behaviour: self-extinguishing, non-dripping, does not
propagate fire
• Corrosion risk: conforms to DIN 1988 Part 7, does not contain any
substances that attack metals
• Material: Elastomer foam based on synthetic rubber
