DRM &Sr DSO inspection at MCI station on 26.07.22

SAFETY SEMINAR AT RDM STATION: A Safety seminar conducted at RDM station
on 30.08.2022. DRM/SC, Sr DSO, Sr DEE/TRSO, Sr DOM and other local officers
participated. LPs, ALPs, TIs, LIs, Pointsmen, station masters and other safety
category staff all together about 55 staff participated in the seminar.

 DRM/SC while addressing the gathering advised that short cut methods
should not be followed proper maintenance of equipment to be
ensured 100%, authorities/shunting instructions should not be issued in
advance during shunting operations.

 Sr DSO addressed the gathering and advised to follow the stipulated
rules during working of trains. Follow the 32 points for prevention of SPAD
cases. Also spoken prevention of yard derailments, proper maintenance
of assets as per schedule and timely attention of deficiencies noticed.

SAFETY SEMINAR AT KZJ STATION: A Safety seminar conducted at KZJ station
on 22.09.2022. DRM/SC, Sr DSO, Sr DEN/Co, Sr DSTE, Sr DME/EnHM and other
local officers participated. Trackman, Gatemen, OHE and S&T staff working on
track and Pointsmen, KZJ station masters, TI/SMR and other safety category
staff all together about 65 staff participated in the seminar.

Sr DSO while addressing the gathering narrated the incident happened on
20.09.2022 at about 15.02 hrs run over on persons working on Dn line track in
between PDPL-KOLR station at km 298/4 by 22692 Rajadhani exp.
