7. CONTINUING OPERATING SAFETY EDUCATION (COSE) OVER SC
DIVISION

The Secunderabad division has initiated the programmed of Continuing
Operating Safety Education (COSE) from the month of June-18 to all the
operating staff to keep them informed on all operating safety rules and
procedures including the current updates.

1: Safety drive on “Maintenance of Points &Crossings” was
conducted from 01.2.2021 to 15.02.2021 by section TIs and
counseled the staff on the above subject
FEB-22 2: Safety drive on “WINTER SEASON PRECAUTIONS” was
conducted from 21.1.2021 to 19.02.2021 by section TIs and

counseled the staff on the above subject

OPERATINGT SAFETY -1 As per the instructions of Sr.DOM/SC a
Safety drive on JPO “CBC Coupling between Loco and Formation “
was conducted from 09.3.2021 to 18.3.2021, by section TIs and
counseled the staff on the above subject
1: Safety drive on “Prevention of LC Gate Open Cases” was
conducted from 01.3.2021 to 15.3.2021, by section TIs and counseled

the staff on the above subject.
2: Safety drive to” Prevent cases of Fire in Trains” was conducted
from 16.03.2021 to 30.03.2021, by section TIs and counseled the staff
on the above subject
3. Safety drive on Maintenance of Track and points & crossings
MAR - in yards as well as observance of rules in Shunting” was
