Reasons:
1. UCLG: Increase in Clinker dispatch.
2. OCIM: Labour strike in April, May and heavy rains in June, July.
3. VCSG: Decreased Cement production by 0.36MTsfor want of Coal
and Fly ash
Increase in short lead destination which Is dispatched by Road.
Core production unit under repair.
90% of rail dispatches are PCP blended cement which requires
fly ash.
4. CCST: Less market demand.
5. MICT: Plant Maintenance and Rains.
6. OCPC: Increase in Bulk cement movement by road to BGM, SUR
and PUNE area.
High DC and penal DC at destinations like LONI, SGWF as
compared to last year
Terminal made 24 hrs, but labour not available.
7. MRCJ: Increase in Clinker dispatch.
8. MMHM: More by road for own construction consumption and local
distribution.
9. UTCR: Demand in Orissa is less compared to last year.
