4. INNOVATIONS WITH GOOD PHOTOGRAPHS:
On the eve of RPF Raising Day and enhancing passenger security in

general and women security in particular All women Shakti Teams
were formed on 20.09.2022 to enhance women security over

Secunderabad all women RPF teams were formed for immediate
resolution of grievances pertaining to issues of women travelling over
SC Division and control/Prevention/Detection of crime which have
bearing over Women Security.

 Immediate Grievance redressal mechanism.
 Strategic inclusion of women daily passengers from all sections.
 Building passenger confidence, boosting women security.

Impact on women security:
 Shakti teams apprehended 15 Theft of passenger belongings
offenders.
 71 women RPF Mitra inducted into whatsapp group Shakti @ Trains
for immediate grievance redressal on MMTS/Short distance trains.
 01 detection of contraband items worth Rs 2000/-.
