Sheet Bend

                Also known as the Weaver’s Knot, the Sheet Bend is perfect for letting two
                different lengths of rope come together. You could also knot them on the
                same side, or do so on opposite sides.

                Instructions:

                      1.  First, make a bight from the thicker part of the rope, and make sure

                          to hold it with one of your hands.
                       2.  Let the thinner rope pass through the bight that you have made.
                       3.  Then, let it pass through the tail, or in the example given above, the
                          blue rope.

                       4.  Let the smaller of the ropes pass under itself so the knot can be
                          finished.
